Zindagi ek safar hai jiski aakhri manzil sabko milti hai par kuch log apni manzil ka intezaar karte hai to kuch is safar ko maje se jeete hai. Insaan ki zindagi me bahut se sapne hote hai kuch adhure reh jaate hai to kuch pure ho jaate hai par koi bhi zindagi jeena nhi chodta.   1. Find Your True self

Sabse pehle agar aapni zindagi ko ache se jeena chahte hai to aapko pehle apne aap ko pehchanna hoga. Aapko ye janna hoga ki aap actually life me kya karna chahte hai or abhi kya kar rahe hai. Aapko life me bahut se options milege, bahut se choices aapke saamne aayegi or aap ye samajh hi nhi paate ki aapko in chances ka karna kya hai! Aap sabse pehle to apni life ke aim ko final kare or apni zindai me milne waale har chance ko usi ke according accept karte huye, apni zindagi me aage badte chale. Apni life ka aim select karne ke liye humare blog ko jarur padhe. Ek maksad ke sath zindagi aasan or achi ban jaati hai aur aap bhi yahi chahte hai.

Life me bahut se changes aate rehte hai or bahut bar hum un changes ko accept nhi kar paate kyuki hume vohi purane pal behad pasand hote hai par zindagi ka dastoor hi hai badalna. Hume apni life me aane waale changes ko apnana chahiye or unko apni zindagi me problem nhi create karne dena chahiye. Agar hum mahool ke according dhalna sikh lete hai to fir hume kabhi koi mushkil nhi aati. Duniya me ek cheej har koi mostly free me deta hai or vo hai apni  raaye(opinion). Agar kabhi aapko koi kahe ki haathi(elephant) agar mehnat kare to vo samundar(ocean) me swimming kar sakta hai! To fir kabhi aapne kyu nhi socha ki dusre aapke baare me jo kehte hai kya vo possible bhi hai? Mostly log dusro ki baatein maan kar apni kabiliyat ko hi bhul jaate hai or us manzil ki taraf bhagna shuru kar dete hai jise wo hasil hi nhi kar sakte isliye aapko humesha apne skills ko dekh kar apne liye sahi decision lena chahiye or sirf wohi cheeje try karni chahiye jiske liye hume bharosa ho ki hum use hasil kar sakte hai.

Kabhi-kabhi  humari bahot si aadat dusro ko pasand nhi aati or woh hume change hone ko kehte hai or unki baatein sun kar hum change hone ki koshish bhi karte hai par kya aapne kabhi dhayan diya hai ki is change me aap kabhi-kabhi khud ko hi kho dete hai or ek aise person ban jaate hai jisko aap khud hi pasand nhi karte. To fir jab hum khud ko hi pasand nhi karege to humari life me to har pal sirf frustration hi badti jayegi isliye kabhi bhi kisi ke liye change na ho. Humesha dusro ki baatein sune or fir soche ki kya aapko iski sach me jarurat hai? Agar aapko lagta hai ki aapko change hone ki jarurat hai tab khud ko change kare par kisi or ke liye nhi, sirf or sirf apne liye change ho.

Aapki zindagi me bahut se sapne honge or aap bahut kuch karna chahte honge par kya aapko wo sab karna yaad rehta hai? Aisa kuch na kuch to jarur hoga jo aap bhul jaate honge isliye aapko apni dairy likhni chahiye. Aap apni dairy me sabhi aims or saare sapne likhne chahiye taki aap unhe kabhi bhi na bhule. Aap jab dairy likhte hai to aap uske apne aim ke sath apni zindagi ke baare me bhi likhte hai jisse ki aapki life ka har ek pal usme lock ho jata hai or aap kabhi bhi us pal ko padh kar yaad kar sakte ho. Sirf itna hi nhi agar aap dairy me apna koi dukh bhi likhte ho tab aapka stress or sadness bhi khatam ho jati hai kyuki aap us pal apni saari frustration likh kar apna mann halka kar lete ho isliye aapko apni achi masti waali zindagi ke liye dairy likhni chahiye.

Ye aakhri or sabse jaruri cheej hoti hai ki hume apni zindagi me sabhi se pyaar karna chahiye. Hume sabhi ke sath ache se behave karna chahiye or sabhi se khush hokar milna chahiye or humesha sabki help karni chahiye. Jab hum kisi ki help karte hai to aapko unki help karke sabse jyada khushi milti hai kyuki aapki wajah se koi apni zindagi me khush hota hai or aap kafi enjoy karte ho or shayad zindagi ko enjoy karne se jaruri or kuch bhi nhi hota hai isliye humesha sabko khushiya dete rahe.

      Agar aapki life me problem to hume us problem ko badhne se pehle rokna padhta hai.
      Agar aapne bahut karza liya hai to aapko sabse pehle to koshish karni padegi ki aapko koi our karza na lena pade. Isliye sabse better option yahi hai ki aap apne liye koi job dhundhe chahe jaisi bhi ho par kaam karna shuru kare or kharcha kam se kam kare.
      Jyada se jyada paise bachate huye apna karz thoda-thoda kam karna shuru kare par dhayan rakhe ki aapke pass apne mahine ke kharche ke liye paise jarur bach jaye.
